Approved change orders for added circuits, service upgrades, and field changes are built into the billing, so you bill for the work you actually did, and only once it is signed.
Lien waivers for the payment, including waivers from your suppliers and lower-tier subs, and your insurance certificate, all pulled together and checked for currency.
The math is tied out, the form is right, and the package is run against the reasons packages get kicked back, before it ever comes to you to review.
